We want you to be pleased with the products and service you receive.  We also want you to shop in confidence knowing your product is fresh, handmade and has never been used by another customer.  To that end, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns; however, we do offer refunds if you are not satisfied with the product.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship. All orders will be sent via USPS unless otherwise specified. 

Tracking is provided with all orders. Please contact the USPS for delayed/lost packages. We will help you to the best of our ability. I can only guarantee to get your orders out. We make sure all orders are scanned by the USPS. Proof of delivery is included.

All body butters contain - Organic Shea Butter, Organic Mango Butter, Organic Coconut Oil, Organic Sweet Almond Oil, Organic Arrowroot Powder and Fragrance Oil.

**Please note - "Cocoa Butter Cashmere" contains organic cocoa butter in addition to the above ingredients.
